EASY SCAN 개인정보처리방침

Easy Scan은 명함 인식과 저장을 모두 사용자의 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 명함 사진과 인식된 정보를 외부 서버로 전송하거나 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보

• 명함 사진 — 카메라로 촬영하거나 사진첩에서 선택한 이미지. 글자 인식에만 사용되며 앱이 별도로 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
• 명함에서 인식된 정보 — 이름, 직함, 회사명, 부서, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 웹사이트. 사용자가 저장 버튼을 누르면 기기의 연락처 앱에 저장됩니다.
• 저장 기록 — 언제 어떤 연락처를 저장했는지에 대한 목록. 기기 안에만 저장되며 앱 내에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 앱 설정 — 선택한 언어와 이름 저장 형식.

광고를 위해 처리되는 정보

앱 하단에 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob) 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제공을 위해 구글이 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 및 앱 정보, 대략적인 위치 정보 등을 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 구글 파트너 사이트 정책을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

2. 앱이 요청하는 권한

• 카메라 — 명함을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 사진 접근 — 이미 찍어 둔 명함 사진을 불러오기 위해 사용합니다.
• 연락처 읽기 — 이미 저장된 연락처인지 확인해 중복 저장을 막기 위해 사용합니다.
• 연락처 쓰기 — 사용자가 저장을 선택한 명함 정보를 연락처에 추가하거나, 저장 기록에서 삭제를 선택했을 때 삭제하기 위해 사용합니다.

권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 시 해당 기능만 제한됩니다.

3. 보관 및 삭제

앱이 만든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 존재합니다. 저장 기록은 앱의 "저장 기록" 화면에서 지울 수 있고, 저장한 연락처도 같은 화면에서 기기 연락처에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 보관하던 설정과 저장 기록은 함께 삭제됩니다. 이미 연락처 앱에 저장된 연락처는 기기에 그대로 남으며, 연락처 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

스마트가이드 스튜디오는 사용자의 명함 정보나 연락처를 수집하지 않으며, 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 제공을 위한 구글의 정보 처리는 위 1항에 기재된 범위에 따릅니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 방침 변경

이 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Easy Scan processes business card recognition and saving entirely on your device. Card photos and the information read from them are never sent to any server or stored elsewhere.

1. Information processed

Processed on your device only

• Card photos — images you take with the camera or choose from your gallery. They are used for text recognition only; the app does not store or transmit them.
• Information read from cards — name, job title, company, department, phone numbers, email, address and website. These are written to your device's Contacts app when you choose to save them.
• Save history — a list of what you saved and when. It is kept only on your device and can be cleared in the app.
• App settings — your chosen language and contact-name format.

Processed for advertising

The app shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen. To serve ads, Google may collect and use your advertising identifier, device and app information, and approximate location. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

2. Permissions

• Camera — to photograph business cards.
• Photos — to open card photos you already took.
• Read contacts — to check for duplicates before saving.
• Write contacts — to add the contacts you choose to save, and to remove them when you delete them from the save history.

You can revoke any permission in your device settings; only the related feature will stop working.

3. Retention and deletion

All data created by the app stays on your device. You can clear the save history in the app, and delete saved contacts from your phone through the same screen. Uninstalling the app removes its settings and history. Contacts already written to your Contacts app remain on the device and can be deleted there.

4. Sharing

Smartguide Studio does not collect, sell or share your card data or contacts. Google's processing for advertising is limited to what is described in section 1.

5. Children

This app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page together with its effective date.
